1 / How do I schedule a pickup for an item I've purchased?

At checkout, you'll see a link to our pickup calendar where you can choose your pickup time. If you aren't able to make one of the available pickup times, contact us, and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please read our Shipping/Pickup Information page before purchasing.  

2 / Do you offer delivery?

We offer low-cost delivery in the Austin, Texas metro area. We also frequently travel between Northwest Arkansas and Austin and can occasionally ship pieces between the two regions (and anywhere along the way).  Please contact us for a delivery quote or to schedule a local delivery.  Please read our Shipping/Pickup Information​ page before purchasing.  

3 / Can I see a piece in-person before purchasing?

You can book a time to view a piece in-person here (choose the Viewing Appointment option). However, we cannot hold pieces without payment. A viewing appointment does not guarantee that the piece will be available for purchase.
