Shipping/Pickup Information

Furniture Policy

We do not ship furniture via our site. By default, all furniture/large items purchased through our site must be picked up locally in either Austin, Texas or Northwest Arkansas. We note the item location in the description -- please read the item description to ensure that you are purchasing an item from the correct location! Our website does not let us remove the shipping option for large items, so please make sure you choose the "Free Pickup" shipping option at checkout.

We offer Austin-area delivery for all items priced by mileage. Please contact us  to inquire about local delivery.

We will work with outside couriers and shipping partners in order to ship furniture and large items. Contact us if you require furniture shipping, and we will do our best to help you find an appropriate carrier.

Small Items

We offer flat-rate shipping for smaller items through either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Mileage-based local delivery and free local pickup are also available for small items. Please ensure that you are able to pick the item up from the location noted in the item description before choosing this option.
